I scheduled a pick up using PSCSHIP, but can’t see the confirmation number, how do I find out what it is?

If you have scheduled a pickup in PSCSHIP, you can find the confirmation number in two places.

First, go to “History”. Find the shipment you scheduled the pickup for. The most recent shipments are at the top. It is the 6-digit code below the waybill number in the fourth column.

The other option is to go to the Pickups section of PSCSHIP. Scheduled pickups are on the right-side of the screen.

If nothing is there, then the pickup probably wasn’t scheduled. You should see the shipment to the left as being able to be selected to schedule a pickup. Check the box next to the shipment and click the blue button to open a window and schedule the pickup location and window.
