IB Exams occur every April/May. Retesting will be in the fall during October/November. The Spring 2024 testing schedule is as follows:
The IB Spring testing is from April 24th to May 17th.

Cambridge Exams
Cambridge Exams occur every year in April-June and September/October/November. All exams will ship to Cambridge Assessment DC10 in Whittlesford Cambridgeshire. The Spring 2024 exams will take place from April 25th through June 13th.

Starting January 15, 2024, Cambridge Headquarters began implementing their updated process for how they will be shipping assessment documents for import into the U.S. delivered to your school.
What does this change mean for AICE Coordinators?
- For those without a Preferred Shipping/ DHL account, you will need to check see if commercial goods are subject to import duties in your territory and if you need to register as an Importer of Record, as not paying required import duties and taxes can cause delays in the delivery process.
- For all Preferred Shipping/DHL account holders, no action is required. Your Preferred Shipping/DHL account already includes the necessary setup for customs clearance by DHL Express.
